Lat war garment new factory is situated beside the Yangon-Pathein Highway express. The building itself has over 60,000 square feet space and is sited on level ground measuring 2.6 acres. The building is fitted with tiles and is built according to quality specifications for production of top quality products such as well ventilated working areas, good lighting and good basic facilities for all levels of staff of the factory.
Established : We started the garment business in 1999 as a small factory with 300 workers at 73 B Minn Theikdi Kyaw Swar St,Hlaing Thar Yar Zone 3 which is about 5 mins walk from the new factory.We shifted to the new building on 19th April 2011.
